Jacky Truchot has not been selling wine for over a decade - generally his last vintage was 2005 although some 2006 MSD les Sorbes was sold. So the wines, which were reasonably priced (esp. at the winery) when he was in business, have become very scarce.
Cecile Tremblay is a very small producer. So, also her wines are very scarce. But, she is a current producer and so there is a big difference in that there are new Tremblay wines coming out every year. I seem to remember that she has some vineyards leased out or something that will eventually come back to her. Has that happened yet or does anyone know when that will happen?
