1 pineapple
1-2 mango
100g flour
70g butter
50g sugar
50g coconut flakes
1/2 glass white wine (sweet wine if you have)
sugar for caramelizing

Serve with vanilla or walnut ice cream


  1. Mix flour, sugar and coconut flakes

  2. Melt butter

  3. Add melted butter to flour&sugar&coco mix

  4. Make crumbles with your fingers

  5. Chopp the fruits

  6. Let the sugar caramelize

  7. Add tropical fruits

  8. Add white wine and let it cook for 3-5min

  9. Add crumbles on top

  10. In the oven 200C/400F for 20-30min, serve with ice cream. ENJOY
