I disagree (slightly). I would either create more tiers or breakup the offers geographically with greater granularity.
They are really failing to capitalize on the potential of the concierge program.,
I couldn’t agree more. The concierge program is an awesome hook to keep and reward the best customers. If they could get the system working better they could do the same for limited release beers, wines etc…
I can only guess that maybe there are some logistical issues (shelf life of beer?) that I’m not considering or they value the foot traffic looking for those products more than that which would be generated through the program, because it does seem like a waste. Too often the only contact from them that I have is pushing mediocre wines at inflated prices.
Seriously, the suspense is killing me… has anyone got a 2018 offer from any other stores? I’m still waiting for the MD offer (last year it was combined with GA and SC)… or did I somehow miss it?

Fail on my part… My wife and I both tried to get the 20 or 23 and missed it… then we both got the 12 year Van Winkle. If anyone wants to swap for one let me know.
Easy breezy, glad I remember last year, decided to target a Stagg and got it. Total transaction took about 10 seconds start to finish.
Just went through the Delaware one. Was pretty easy - first perk I’ve really valued as a grand reserve member. 20 was gone soon as I tried, but still got the 15. Now to decide whether to flip for wine or hold to enjoy with friends, most of whom like bourbon more.
I got a 15 too. That’s the only one I tried for. I can get a 20 or a 23 locally if I want it, they always hold the 15s for other people.
I got the 20 in AZ and now I have some decisions to make… still working my way through some 23 and a couple bottles of BTAC. Much better ordering experience than last year.

Hi Brad, link doesn’t work any more. Go to post #40 - page one of this discussion…and a few subsequent posts. It didn’t change. make sure your address, credit card are saved and you are logged in.
Hover over your offer code and hit CRTL C so you have it ready. Click the offer link in your email, select your store, then your bourbon selection, then checkout, paste in the offer code, then select your payment method, then “review order” then “place order”
