Top Ten Highest Rated Wines Ever!

Not that I really care how they came up with that odd list, but it’s weird to set out the “Top Ten Highest Rated Wines EVAH!!” without even a fleeting mention of “by whom” or whatever methodology the author used. What does the word “rated” mean?

Don’t ask! Just buy!

The only wine from the US is 2002 Brander Sauvignon Blanc au Naturel; has anyone ever heard of this? And…most highly rated by who?

I have heard of it. And this article was produced by someone who knows zip about wine and got $100 or less for this masterpiece. Forgive the author.

“This is my top ten list. There are many like it, but this one is mine.”

Author bio explains much:

“Brandee Teer
I am currently working as a Web Develop and pursuing Bachelor’s in Web Development. I also operate my own freelance web design business. I am working on fixing my past mistakes and becoming a person my children can be proud of.”

One wonders where this author got drinking windows, however…

It’s sort of sad to click on her profile and see the links. Most seem like SEO fodder. It sounds like she has had some significant struggles.

I’m going to delete my comments then. Rather than her being a person exhibiting arrogance by telling people what the ten best wines are, and failing, which was my initial take, she’s someone trying to make a living and not fodder for ridicule.

I am thinking about taking back everything that I have ever said about Bob Parker for the same reason…

Nobody’s about to begin forgiving you, though, Bill.

I’ll forgive him if he invites me to lunch at least three times in one post.

Los Olivos.

As in CA? I’m not curious about this wine at all; just pulling the BS card on it being one of the Top 10 rated wines ever. She obviously needs to stick with web development.

That hurts. It should be obvious by now that I LIVE for the acceptance by, and forgiveness of, wine board denizens. Salt of the earth they are!

So she was found guilty of embezzlement, not once but twice? Um, yeah…I’ll reserve my pity for other folks.

Anyways, she wrote that wine “article” during her “good” years so it’s not like she was doing it to make ends meet.

Did anyone notice what the vast majority of her described wines were “made” out of?

Chateau Cos d’Estournel Saint-Estephe 1997 was produced in 1997 and is recommended to drink in 2010. A red wine, costing $125 per 750 ml, it is an average buy for the price. Described, as a complex wine with a set of deep flavors, it should be drunk with lamb. It is > made of cherry, and elderberry > and contains qualities of chocolate and spices.

The grammar and syntax made me cringe.
