“Bravo gained a new culinary competition series, taking the sweet side in Top Chef: Just Desserts, a spinoff of Top Chef. The series will follow pastry chefs as they battle against each other in a series of challenges. Magical Elves will produce Top Chef: Just Desserts and Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz (Top Chef, Top Chef Masters, Project Runway and Top Design) and Casey Kriley will all executive produce.”

Casting Call: Open casting calls for the newly announced Bravo series Top Chef: Just Desserts, a spinoff of Top Chef began yesterday in Chicago. Chefs interested in joining the competition have more opportunities around the country to audition next month. Additional Top Chef: Just Desserts casting calls include: November 4 in Washington, D.C. and Boston; November 8 in Atlanta and New York; November 11 in Dallas and Las Vegas; and November 15 in Los Angeles and Portland.
