I’ve got a Tom Tom One 3rd edition GPS for sale. It’s only 2 months old and I used it once. It’s in perfect working order. I want $50 or a nice trade in wine (Cal Cabs, CDP or Washington).

How great is that??? There is a good market for this type of thing I would imagine with plenty of celebrities.

Yes, I have many clients who you might know from character roles in TV or films who make BANK doing voice-over. Then someone like Snoop or Morgan Freeman or Clint Eastwood who has a really distinctive voice can really do well. See Gene Hackman and all those Home Depot spots.

Sure or even just famous hunk type of actors? I would bet plenty of women wanting George Clooney or Brad Pitt to order them around. :wink:

How old are the maps or how much is a map upgrade, if you know?

Not famous enough to be one of Roberto’s clients.

Map version says 725.1906 - latest for this is v8.40.

Upgrade is 79.99 from their website. I upgraded one of my Garmins last year and it cost me nearly $100 to get the new maps.

The over / under is how long until you can get a cheap / near free GPS with free map updates but with ads while you’re driving?

You can get free navigation, free updates, and no ads today. Buy a Droid, comes with free Google maps and voice activated navigation. It’s why I won’t buy the mapping upgrade for my 2 year old Audi for $200.
