Happy Bday TomHill. Although I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting you, have enjoyed reading/perusing/deciphering your tsting notes over the yrs. They can be somewhat complex/slightly long/occasionally tart and acidic/rarely a little bitter/interesting with complicated association of adjectives. Never boring/beyond their prime with years of life to go. And the perflugory from the BloodyPulpit is never to be missed. Santé.
