TNs: Two Whites- Donnhoff, Coroa

Donnhoff Norheimer Kirschheck Riesling Spatlese 2005:
Pale yellow/slightly golden in color, with a bright, fresh nose that drips subtle aromas of lemon drop, hyacinth, honeydew melon and cherry blossom. The wine is textured with pillows of lush flavors- peach, honeysuckle, lime zest, cherry and a dollop of smoke. Think minerality and salinity when you drink this. Think delicacy, purity and elegance. I like it. 93 points

Adegas A Coroa Godello Valdeorras 2006:
Full of sweet and musky white peaches, Kaffir lime leaves, pulverized white stones and straw. This is a nice, easy going white that offers a lot of pleasure for summer and a good amount of complexity. The longer I played with it background notes of Asian pear, snappy green apple and wet slate also popped up. Will buy more of this. 90 points
