Yeah the 18 CDLR was really good. It was tough being opened next to the otherworldly 19, but it held up well.

I think people are sleeping a bit on 18s. I wasn’t initially going to even bring the 18 MM GE to this dinner this last weekend but decided to give it a shot because other ppl were bringing a bunch of champagne and I’m really glad I did. It was really a delicious wine.

Yeah, they are the secondar largest holder after DRC, while having almost triple the land of the 3rd largest holder

The total area of Grands Echézeaux is 9.14 hectares

I picked up a '96 of this recently. I was probably going to open soon but if you are interested I can hold until May

I think you should drink it; not sure how 96s will drink at the moment.
