I have not had much in the way of wines from Olivier Leflaive over the years and have not been impressed by what I little I have had. But, a few years ago I tried some of their wines at the Paulee Grand Tasting in NYC and thought they were much better than I expected.
The Olivier Leflaive wines are good. Winemaker Franck Grux, is very well respected by his peers, has 40 vintages under his belt and started at Domaine Roulot. I’ve seen the wines perform really well when served blind, time and time again.
