2nd group did worse than the 1st. Not that there’s the slightest statistical relevance to that. Actually, the warmer the Coulee de Serrant became, the more red-like it seemed. I finished the bottle the other night and if you didn’t know to look for oxidative traits, one could swear there were lighter red berry fruit components.
