My guess is those bottles will have Euro tax stamps on them. I couldn’t sell it for that with stock we get from the US Importer.
Ah, that makes sense. Ignoring inflation and the costs of the 3 tier system, I was thinking that a village level Chassagne for ~$45-50 from Niellon makes sense given that I was paying $70 for his 2014 single vineyard Chassagnes (which also may have bypassed the regular distributor channels for all I know) just this past Spring.
The '17 Niellon Bourgogne is retailing for $55 here in Seattle. Supposed to be tasty.
