Not this bottling, but it is an underrated domaine. They make a nice CSD.
Hi David, what’s the style of their winemaking? Modern/traditional? Do they use new oak?

Their methods are fairly non interventionist by all accounts - moderate new oak and not aiming for serious extraction. However I will say that I have always found the wines a bit more dark fruited than I would expect/prefer, which is what keeps them from being a must have across the range. I’ve wondered if they pick a bit overripe? Don’t know. The wines are tasty though, and they’ve started using a portion of the stems so I have higher hopes in the future for the style.
