Has anyone tasted this wine. Half bottles are $17.
It wasn’t represented at UGC-LA but generally, I’m not a big fan of the sweet '07s. They lacked acidity. If you like fatter sweet Bordeaux you may like these. From memory, I did think the De Fargues & Clemens were the nicest of the bunch.
Sounds a lot like 03. I think the 05 vintage will ultimately be much better.
Thanks Gents, when Sauternes lack acidity, they are not worth buying at any price. Might as well buy syrup.
