Just pick one of these up for a song, but can’t seem to find anything on it. Can I have any expectation for this?
I assume this is blanc (I know there are red Chassagnes, but never had any). I’ve not had the 1990 village Chassagne of Jadot, but, if it’s any indication, I’ve had a few younger Jadot Corton Charlemagnes which are generally expected to age longer, and those weren’t great. I bought those bottles from a local importer who uses refrigerated reefers and has excellent storage facilities. Will try and dig up my notes for the specific vintages.
