TNR:08 Pavelot,Clair Savigny Dominodes

Anybody tasted these?
Have a few,thanks Ian,and curious.

Thanks

Damn–I thought YOU were going to tell me.

In a word, awesome! Beautiful sexy Savigny fruits with some of that Beaune-side firmness and minerality. If I had some in the cellar I would be hands off as I think this would be special in 5-10 years. If you have a few open one soon to enjoy the freshness and then try and forget about them.

Not to deadhorse but Hugues doesn’t do a tonne of pigeage either and is very delicate with Dominodes especially (more délestage and remontage).

I tasted the 2010 out of barrel with Hugues earlier this year and I believe it is even better.

Thanks,Andrew.I think I’ll let them sit.No reason to rush. [cheers.gif]
