TN: Two @ Table...(short/boring)

Tried these two wines last night:

  1. Lioco Chard SonomaCnty (13.2%; www.LiocoWine.com) SantaRosa 2014: Med.yellow color; med.strong lemony/lemon curd/melony/Chard clean/simple slight nutmeg/spicy rather pleasant nose; fairly tart/lean/tangy rather lemony/melony/Chard clean/bright simple/pleasant/no oak flavor; med. rather tart/tangy/lean/bit eviscerated some lemony/lemon curd/melony/clean/Chard/grapefruity slight saline pleasant finish; a simple/clean/tangy Chard a bit on the boring side. $22.00 (SFW&S)

  1. Celebration GamayNoir Eola-AmithHills/OR (12.6%) EveningLandVnyds/Salem 2013: Med.color; rather fragrant/strawberry/Gamay/grapey some earthy/dusty/BeaujGC-like bit smokey/savory very attractive nose; lightly tart some strawberry/Gamay/grapey some dusty/earthy/loamy slight peppery/savory flavor w/ light soft tannins; bit tart/tangy some strawberry/Gamay/grapey somewhat earthy/lusty/doamy finish w/ light gentle tannins; quite an attractive Gamay but not the bright/scintillating fruit of the BoneJolly; the earthy/loamy character suggests more a Loire Gamay than a BeaujGC; not the rusticity of a BeaujGC. $28.00 (SFW&S)

A wee BloodyPulpit:
