A wee BloodyPulpit:
- Picpoul translates as “lip-stinger” in Croatian. The most common Picpouls are the Picpoul de Pinet. They show a lot of stony/mineral character but often come across as green/lean and eviscerated. This TCV rendition has a richness & texture that is rare for Picpoul, yet still shows the minerality & stony character of the grape. Truly a world class Picpoul. You can make a silk purse from a sow’s ear.
