Stone - Lukcy Basardt
– blend of Arrogant Bastard, OAKED Arrogant Bastard, and Double Bastard –

Very dark grapefruity/citrusy Nose; the Double Bastard in this blend is very noticeable on the palate; shows a sweet celery type of freshness with some oak from the OAKED in the background; enough bitter hops to make me happy, but also enough malt/sweetness to please those who prefer sweeter brews; 8.5% alc.; this is very good and the whole is greater than the sum of its parts (Ashley agrees on this point, too). I personally caught much more of an earthy/piney nose from the hops than a citrus hop aroma.

It smelled like sticking my nose in a Christmas tree.
