TN of sorts: Henri Prudhon St.-Aubin Les Rouges-Gorges

There is a Burgundy sample on our dinner table just about every night. Most nights I let my wife off the hook of paying attention to the wine and telling me her impressions. Tonight, I asked her to pay attention and tell me what she thought. She said “elegant, beautifully balanced, pretty, it’s simply really pretty wine.” In the right hands, the 2009s from the upper appellations really are lovely. One could drink a lot of this wine and never tire of it. Pretty wine. $30.

Disclaimer: I sell this wine.

Your note prompted me to check out WS; thanks for the note!

I haven’t had that vintage, but it is a super, real Burgundy. I can see how it would especially good in 2009.
