Consumed over two nights this was fresh as a daisy despite being disgorged nearly seven years ago. Strawberries and wheat toast aromas, and persistent and fresh strawberry fruit on the palate, it was just a joy with our ham dinner, as well as on its own. Glad to have more of this disgorgement, and will not be remotely worried about drinking them up any time soon.

Nice! This ages so well. The vintage rosé can go for decades in good years, becoming really ethereal.

So almost a year to the day we had another bottle of the 2018 disgorgement, and it might be even better. Perhaps not quite as bright, but very deep and fantastically food friendly with our Easter ham. I still have three more bottles from this disgorgement. Yay!
