    Chilled in a snowbank for 30 minutes then opened. Very pretty, lots of aromatic complexity. Citrus, tropical fruit, and pears were what I got most of. On the palate it’s light and possess plenty of acidity. Quince, pear, and a tart lemony flavor all come together. Nice minerality peeking out at the mid palate. The finish is clean and delightfully refreshing.
