TN: Keller Riesling trocken S 2005

a decent dry riesling, but nothing stellar or moving. Balanced with good acidity and fruit, but not a standout in any way. Haven’t been wowed by the few Kellers I have tried. Yawn.

I’ve had the 2010 and 2012 Keller. Decent, but not as good as the run of the mill riesling that ever bar and restaraunt in Germany has, which you typically get if your order a white wine.

I am sorry that you did not have too much luck with the wines from KP Keller.
Maybe you should try some Hubacker, Morstein or A-Erde. This stuff rocks really.
Like a Puligny from Anne Claude Leflaive, impeccable balance and a kind of minerality that you only experience from the best winemakers.

I have really enjoyed the 2013 von der fels and have 0 complaints at around $35 delivered.

I have some 04 trocken S on deck, but have never had it.
