[/quote]Unfortunately I have been served carbonic maceration Pinotage in the now defunct Chef & Sommelier restaurant in Helsinki the one time I made the mistake of taking the sommelier’s wine pairings so you really are not far off. Everyone at the table hated that wine though.

Hell’s yeah, if we Finns are known for something it’s always Finnishing our glass. We’re not paying the massive wine excise tax for nothing!
