Color is a strange darker syrah-like purple color instead of typical Beaujolais. This brett-infused wine takes away any charms it gets from the crunchy red fruits it has, it seems built upon its brett, the tart fruit acting as secondary players. Reminds me of an unbalanced ‘natural’ California new school trendy wine. Glad it is the last bottle. I don’t remember the previous bottle being so egregious. B
