En magnum with shellfish and chicken paella. It turned out to be an excellent match thanks to good acidity, raspberry, a bit of smokiness, a touch of herbiness along with the expected dark plummy fruit. The 5 of us left none of the magnum, though there were leftovers of the massive paella. Excellent.
At present enjoying 2008 much more than 2005 or 2007. Need to start 2009 and 2010 and see what they are up to. (93 points)
