Domaine Paul Pernot Puligny Montrachet 2007:
This is very nice effort (and one my wife really enjoyed). A slightly floral nose, with a touch of citrus peel and tropical fruit added on. Lemon oil, saline, stone fruits and more citrus peel are all components of this very pure, medium-bodied wine. Lovely and expressive now, but surely built to last, this wine is exactly the kind of white Burg I am willing to invest in and play the premox sweepstakes. Although, truthfully, in my house it will probably only last a year or two anyway. 89+ points

These 07 Pernots are really wonderful. A good wine for the constitution.
