- CletoChiarli Lambrusco del Fondatore DOC: Lambrusco di Sorbara SparklingWine (Fermentato in Bottiglia; 11.5%; dallaTerra) Castelvetro NV(L.12D CV): Bright ruby/cherry red color w/ some cloudiness; very strong cherry/raspberry/cranberry/spicy slight earthy rather Nehi cherry soda pop very fragrant nose; rather frizzante that dissapet fast slight bitter/tannic dry very bright cherry/raspberry/cranberry/Nehi cherry soda pop slight earthy flavor; long bright spicy/cherry/strawberry/cranberry/raspberry/fruit bowl Nehi cherry soda pop slight bitter/tannic finish; a very frivolous/quaffable/drinkable soda pop wine that went well w/ the Fra’Mani Piccante salami looking out over the WhiteRockCanyon from John’s portal. $18.00 (CB)

- This Lambrusco was fermented in the bottle and had the cork tied down w/ a piece of twine. Hence the cloudy color because I didn’t decant it. A recent purchase from DarrellCorti…and it was exactly as Darrell advertised…a frivolous quaff for a SummerAfternoon. Absolutely hit the spot.
