TN: Another Rotten Rhone From 2003

I haven’t tried the 2003 VT for several years. It was good at release, without the roasted fruit of most 03 CdPs but 6-12 months later went through an unpleasant phase. I’ve been sitting on mine (also tend to prefer VT with 10+ years of age).

2006 CDPs were dumped by Michael Skurnik wines this month in NY. I picked up and passed along some stupid deals

I am sure you will see serious dump outs on more 2006s.

I will be one helluva happy man if the '06’s are liquidated … I think it’s a fine vintage. Those prices, btw, are very nice. I’m sure you made some customers very happy.
