2025 Nicolas Millet Sancerre Les Garennes
An estate started in the 1930’s with vineyards dating back to the 1700’s. 100% Sauvignon Blanc from 47 year old vines. Paired with a corn risotto. Aged in stainless steel. Clear white color. This was a smooth wine with a a sliky texture. The acidity was moderate. Fresh white fruit notes centered on pear and grapefruit. A really nice wine. 90 points.
