    Opens with a charge of cassis--an announcement that this Cabernet showcases Rutherford fruit. The initial pleasure is an introduction to a medium bodied wine that displays poise, grace and structure in addition to the generous fruit. Such a lovely wine! The winemaker is Ashley Hepworth who worked at Phelps for over two decades and also makes wine for Marineau Mills. A deeply satisfying wine that it is a relative bargain in Napa Cabernet. Jim, it’s $85. For me, this falls into the same category as Caterwaul and DICO: an occasional treat, that is not an outrageous amount of money.

Agree 100 percent, although my experience is that this wine is more full-bodied than medium-bodied.
