2022 Château Laribotte
One of the wine pairings at Topolobampo and paired with an almond crusted ricotta cheesecake in a mamay sauce. Medium yellow color. This was disappointing as I felt it lacked depth. In addition, it was not very sweet at all and was not a good match for this dessert. Primarily honey and apricot notes. 85 points.
