There’s engaging floral spice, white pepper and briary red fruits on the nose. It has a hint ironstone and some menthol too. It is beautifully balanced and proportioned, with a line of fine, minerally acidity. It finishes with tangy fruit and savoury nuance. A delicious drink of character and soul.
