My wallet quivers in fear of a Massican Berserker Day.
Both of them are stellar, David. I slightly preferred the dry to the sweet/rosso. I just do it straight, mostly
for the aromatics. Not much in mixed cocktails, though.
Steve Matthiasson also does a dry Vermouth that’s terrific.

I have tried the Matthiasson sweet vermouth in the past. Have not had the dry yet.
