  • 2015 Hubert Lamy Puligny-Montrachet Les Tremblots Cuvée Haute Densité - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Puligny-Montrachet (4/20/2020)
    Starts off extremely tight, bound up by smoky reduction. Unfurls to reveal notes of honeysuckle, pure white peach and aniseed. It has great detail and flesh. It is rich and heady but oh so precise. The finish is laden with chalk and is supremely long. Another great H.D bottling from Olivier.

The ability to charge a large premium :slight_smile: But seriously, the wines are so high tensile, so chiselled and pure.
