Decanted 6 hrs and yes its too young blah blah blah.....curiosity got the better of me. While it certainly is full of stuffing, and certainly from a ripe(ish) and solar year, I was amazed at how far in the back ground the fruit was, sort of making a last minute courtesy appearance near the finish. Before then, the exhibited all the savory elements that Chevillon is known for, just on a bigger scale than previous vintages. Still fairly tight and compact, this does need time, perhaps lots, but no regrets pulling this cork. (94 points)
