2014 Sleight of Hand Syrah Levitation - USA, Washington, Columbia Valley (5/6/2020)
Day 1: Very nice wine with smoked meats, stone, spices, dried twigs, coffee beans and dark fruits. Finish is a bit astringent but overall a nice effort. Subtle funk on this one. 91 points (91 pts.)

Not as good on day 2. Really not going to be purchasing much Sleight of Hand Wines moving forward but the deals I got from Chicago Wine Company on these wines was worth the risk.
Have you had the chance to try their rocks bottlings, “The Psychedelic” or “The Funkadelic”? I much prefer them to the Levitation.
Do you support any wineries at their SRP?

Agree with both being better. Psychedelic I have had a few times and have been impressed and tried the Funkadelic once and enjoy it. I just enjoy Kevin White, K, Reynvaan, Va Piano and Saviah better.

Only if it is direct from the winery. None of the wines I purchase in Minneapolis are at the SRP. We have some of the best deals in the country here in Minneapolis from shops like WineStreets, Sunfish Cellars, 1010 Washington Wine & Spirits and a few others.
