I opened the Zin a couple of months ago and it was already pretty approachable and tasty. I won’t open another for at least a year.
And thus Matt Allen joins the legion of doubters who shall eat crow come my note of glory this Friday.
Unlike many of you modern day interweb cowards, I am a man of my word. When I post, “Yeah I’ll drink it on a dare!” to an online forum, I follow through. I can’t wait to cloak myself in glory after summiting the Zin mountain sans oxygen tomorrow.
I had one a few weeks ago and loved it! It is a little furry, though.
Man, this is going to be an epic tasting note. So much so, that i feel like the expectations are growing increasingly higher by the minute. In fact, you might be better off just pnp’ing that bad boy tonight before it gets so built up to that no amount of detailed descriptors will be enough to fully satisfy the masses here.
