I’ve bought and drank through a decent amount of bourgogne, village GC, and village Chambolle Heresztyn-Mazzini over recent years and can’t think of another producer with more bottle variation. I’ve only been seriously into wine for about 5ish years but there is nobody even close on how much bottle variation there is with them over that period of time. When bottles are on, they are very good wines but the many off bottles over shadow the good ones. I’ve stopped buying

The cork is the same as Ponsot uses - not happy with it, but the wines are fine … no bottle variation detected … I’ve had GCh Songes 2015 recently … very good if still young … granted modern style
