Any insights on the 2015 Aeris Etna Bianco?
Opened my first bottle of the 2014 last night, and really enjoyed it. Agree that it should only get more complex over the next several years. Opened up nicely throughout the evening.
From a few months ago, and from memory rather than notes—mixed in on a night of “interesting” wines. My comments may reflect a wine drunk too soon in its ageing process.

Made from Carricante, IIRC this had a lot of vibrancy and zing and palate presence, but without being able to really narrow down identifiable fruit. Somewhat floral bouquet. Another that fits into “interesting wines” theme."
