With all of the recent Riesling talk, the wine choice for tonight was the 2012 Weingut Beurer Stettener Riesling Gipskeuper. Rich but with nice agility and snap, it shows just off-dry with Meyer lemon and a touch of fresh fennel, a terrific pairing with leftover Chinese.
