Remember the dog wine from Berserker Day past? Why do I even have any more of this?

    Cleaning out the cellar and I come across thus Berserker Day purchase from 2012. Hell I only paid $6.25 for the bottle shipping included so I had zero expectations. Damned if this isn’t drinking well. Faint strawberry fruit, no off flavors a bit of sherry on the nose, even the color was acceptable. I’ve paid a hell of a lot more for a hell of a lot less.

We had a Rascal in a blind during a harvest lunch a few years ago and, while it wasn’t the favorite, it was top tier. No doubt, quality winemaking and really nice wines.
