2012 Domaine Weinbach Riesling Schlossberg - France, Alsace, Alsace Grand Cru AOC (7/18/2014)
Light nose, just a hint of floral fruit, then elegant, sleek, quite dry but flavorful, plenty of steely minerality, definitely a rock head wine. Not unlike a Trimbach FE, though perhaps a bit more intensity, a little less austerity. Beautiful wine. (91 pts.)

Thanks for the report, Alan; this is one of my favorite Rieslings. Schlossberg Rieslings from Albert Mann and Paul Blanck can also be excellent.
