  • 2012 Domaine Jacques Carillon Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru (8/20/2014)
    This is Grand Cru quality juice for mine. It has complex aromatics of honeysuckle, limestone, flint, white peach and aniseed. It is rich and sappy in the mouth with a high glycerol feel but is by no means heavy. It has great tension and is bright and loaded with minerals, finishing with a big squeeze of citrus.
