2011 Aberrant Cellars Pinot Noir Carpe Noctem
Last bottle. About half of the Pinot in this wine is Dijon Clone 828 and comes from the upper block of Zena Crown which is next to Temperance Hill. Aged for 16 months in 50% new wood. The top wine made from this estate. Decanted 3 hours before dinner. More restrained than I expected. Earthy red fruit and medium bodied. 88 points.
