    Tasted this Opus One at my local Chart House restaurant. We had the wine decanted while we enjoyed appetizers and salad with a white wine blend. The Opus One was enjoyed with the main course - which was a NY strip for me (medium rare). Aromas of dark fruit of blackberry, plumb and a iittle vanilla. This wine was so smooth and silky. Zero acidic imbalance. This was a really enjoyable wine and everyone at the table loved it. (95 pts.)
