    Just lovely. Full of elegance and noble charm, this is captivating from the very first moment, and continues to impress right through to the final glass. The aromas are full, though not the in-your-face variety; the palate, the same, seamless elegance and genuine, classy depth. A Hollywood movie starlet that’s dressed for a red carpet win. More understated than the La Serra, and less obvious and rich than the Conca. Very classy, honest drop. Bravo, Matteo! highly recommended, thru 2040; don’t miss this one.

{maceration on the skins for 10 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature; fermentation in stainless steel for 20 days, malo and aging in Allier oak barrels for 24 months, then in bottle for 4 months}
