TN: 2010 Drouhin Gevrey Chambertin

Drinking amazing on day two after a pop n pour day one and quick decant into a 375ml for tonight. Saline and charcuterie notes mix with black cherry on the nose and the palate is medium to full bodied with high-toned red and black cherry fruit. Tannins need 5 years or so to fully unwind but if you don’t mind a youthful village wine, this is a winner.

Nice. Remember when this used to cost $25?

I remember $35. You can still grab it close to $40 but like everything else it will probably be $75+ within 5 years.
