2010 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons - France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru (9/29/2013)
Very solid and respectable Chablis traits on the nose, maritime / tide pool scents, fresh cut celery and a touch of fresh cut flowers. Understated and discreet on the palate, but with good complexity to the green apple laced palate. Very dry. But this seems to derive more from the wines inherent minerality vs that of overt acidity. Very fine texture wise, and plenty of charms linger on the finish. I need to pay more attention to Fevres PC’s, they represent a great value.
