2010 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre - France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru (8/23/2015)
From the opening bell, this MdT was wide open for business. Well defined, with green apple and pear leading the way, a subtle honeyed quality mid palate gives the wine an exotic tint. The best part however, was the overall weightlessness and tact that really allowed my inner wine geek to come out and play. Classy. Good acidity but felt on the closing end and finish. Without question, this in the zone now but can age further. Sadly, I have none left. (93 pts.)
